Bad service from Willows KFC

I'm having a bad experience with KFC Willows in Bloemfontein. We have ordered via Mr Delivery and we are not happy with the meal and complained to the Store manager Vinolia. She told us to return the order or lodge our complaint to Mr Delivery she can't help us. When we called the head office we were taken back and forth by a lady who didn't even give us a name until we were rescued by Mr Joel Woods , we are now waiting for the right order after 2 hours trying to get help.
