Bad service from the manager on duty Dione

KFC midwater Middelburg order no 130 paid R39.90 for chips and a burger they denied to substitute a cup for a buddy I requested the manager on duty he was not so friendly he said I can’t give u a buddy for a cup a team member with a name Dione denied to assist me properly and he was in a hurry to assist other customers not me that made me feel small like I’m not bringing business to the company aswell I’m still here I ordered the meal around 21H03 now is 21H20 I was not given a coke that I paid for on the deal they advertised and it’s not the first time I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to KFC Middelburg Midwater it’s krap they must go back to the drawing board u can’t advertise something you don’t have I even drive to get cash only to find out that machines are working but the sign was still there
