Bad service from THABO at brits kfc 1

We ordered online by kfc in Brits 1,when the food got here it was ice cold and not what we wanted. We had to drive to kfc where THABO refused to change our order and give us fresh food. Thabo is apparently the manager there. He spoke to us like garbage. How does kfc allow workers to speak to clients like this. There telephone nr doesn't even work so we could phone them. All he says it's not his problem
