Bad service from Store Manager

07/09/2018 Carletonville KFC from Store Manager Nombuso.

There was 1 cashier with over 4 staff members lingering around and not assisting. The poor cashier Nomvula did her best with her patience trying to help all customers but it was nearly impossible.

I asked the store manager who was standing right next to Nomvula if she can assign one of the extra staff to assist but she just ignored me.

After some few minutes of complaining, an assistant manager Connie to the rescue and she did her best to make up for Nombuso's bad attitude. Nombuso did not have the decency to apologize or give thanks to Connie and Nomvula for assisting.
