bad service from store and customer care

yesterday 31st August i visited kfc halt road caoe town where i had the worst experience ever first my lettuce on my burgers were old and brown in colour the chicken was soggy and oily the chips in my meal was less then what i paid for the cashier had attitude and told me theres no condiments.I logged a complaint only to receive an email from customer service telling me to call them back which i did the the lady at customer service told me they cant assist as i had to take the meal back to the store when i explained that the store was closed she just apologised and said theres nothing she can do.
