Bad service from Staff member

I had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Senathi at KFC Albany Road, Gqeberha this afternoon. When I enquired about the All Star Ghost Pepper meal, her responses were unexpectedly rude. I tried to address the issue politely at the window, hoping for some understanding, but unfortunately, her attitude remained dismissive and unprofessional. This kind of service was truly disheartening.
