Bad service from KFC Riversands

The KFC in Riversands is fairly new however they have many challenges. They are never open during loading shedding periods like the Mac Donalds next to KFC When loading is over they take such a long time to get up and running again. I ordered a family meal 10 pieces,they only pack 9 pieces wow,thats a simple request due to rushing after loading shedding I presume. Very dissatisfied and disappointed client. I have bought KFC for my entire life and never had poor service like this from KFC in Riversands Gauteng.
