Bad service from Kfc online app

I cancelled my order number Tshidi***1 which was ordered on the kfc app on the 2 October 2021 at Sunward Park kfc because I waited for an hour 30 minutes for it. I paid using my capitec card an amount of R146. 80 for 9 piece with chips and 1 large mash and gravy.

My name is Ntshidiseng Matsipa and my cellphone ***. I still haven't received my voucher or refund yet.

I'm disappointed. have been calling them 3 consultants from delivery hanged up on me Nomfundo and buhle. Given supervisor hadn't returned my call. I just want my money back in my account please
