BAD SERVICE FROM KFC NONKQUBELA BP GARAGE

My name is Abongile I live in CAPE TOWN KHAYELITSHA LITHA PARK. I order yesterday online on the KFC app & my order was accepted at KFC NONKQUBELA BP GARAGE. I ordered 8 piece family treat the driver delivered my food on time however when I opened my order I what packed was absolutely not what I ordered. I got 6 pieces 2 mash & gravies & 2 coleslaws. My order was supposed to have 8 pieces 2 coleslaws 2 snack burgers 2 chips 4 zinger wings. I called the KFC where my ordered went through whilst I was explaining myself they lady on the phone daid “Hayi sisi susi nyela” I was devastated cos I paid R244.00 for an incorrect order & I was not attended to when I called the store instead I could rude feedback & the lady hung up the phone. KFC NONKQUBELA BP GARAGE is the worst service I’ve ever experienced from any kfc restaurant their customer service is appalling. I’ll never purchase anything from them ever. I just hope my complaint gets attended to because I need compensation for the bad treatment I got after being given the incorrect order.
