Bad Service from KFC Mulbarton

Hi,

Id like to report the bad service from KFC in Panorama center in Mulbarton. We placed an other on Monday the 31st of December 2018 using Uber Eats app and when the driver went to collect our order they told him the order was collected by another driver.I didn't receive my order and they didn't know the drivers name who collected the order but they were adamant that it was collected.This was after 2 hours i placed my Order.The manger refused to speak to me on the phone.This was bad considering it was already late at night .
