Bad service from KFC - Fourways Crossing

I went to the KFC in Fourways Crossing to get some krushers. A cashier by the name of Leah took my order and prepared the krushers for me but I was not happy with the krushers because they were very watery. I then went back to tell her that the krushers were too watery and she should try and make them abit thicker with more ice cream. She fixed me another one but this time all she added was krushed ice and oreos!!!! I complained AGAIN. She still did not apologize, all she said (arrogantly) is that I must give her my slip so that she can void the transaction and give me my money back because the ice cream machine is "switched off" . On top of that,she didnt even give me the right straws for the krushers,her reason was that the straws were finished. To my surprise another cashier (he didn't have a name tag on) came and said it wasn't a problem and that he is still able to get some ice cream from the machine and prepare the krushers for me, he did it perfectly and he gave me the right staws. The same straws that Leah told me were finished. The service that i got from Leah was appalling and very disappointing .
