Bad service from KFC

I made an online order (delivery)at KFC potchefstroom. And I to drive to collect my order after 1 hour after I called and they told me it's a holiday and they don't have drivers. I went to collect my order while I was collecting my order the delivery guy arrived, he wanted to deliver but I told him that I have come to collect my order and I got there before him so he must just cancel the delivery to my suprise 5 minutes after I arrived at my place I received an sms that my order has been delivered.
