Bad service from KFC

On Saturday 2024-04-13 at 07:15 I bought a Am Deluxe Burger at KFC Gaoe Gate. Inside the fillet while eating I injured my inside of my mouth with a chicken bone. I send 2 emails on KFC customer report website but no reply to that. My order nr was 468
