Bad Service from KFC Drive-thru in Vryheid

This morning I went to the KFC drive-thru in Vryheid. I ordered 2 a.m risers and a grilled mini twister. My order was taken at 7:20 and there was only 1 car infront of me. I paid and proceeded to the next window to collect my order. The lady at that window asked for my slip n placed it on the table next to the soda machine. Then a guy by the name of Clement came to me and asked for my slip, I told him the lady took my slip. They then disappeared into the kitchen for a good 10 minutes. There was no one insight at the front of the shop. Then a lady who was working at the front came from the kitchen, I then asked her what was going and why is the order taking so long. She then told me that they were still preparing eggs. I then asked her to give me the mini twister so that I can take my daughter to school as it was getting late. She told me the twister is also not ready because they are still cooking the eggs. I told her that I didn't order a breakfast twister and she insisted that the twister had an egg aswell. She then asked for my slip, I told her they had taken my slip. So I decided to take my daughter to school as it was getting late. I came back to the Kfc just at 7:35. When I walked in there was still no one at the tills. The lady finally came to the front after a few minutes and I asked for my food. The other lady who had taken my slip and Clement came from the back and where talking amongst themselves asking each other if this was my other the lady who was working at the till told thwm what I had ordered. They gave me my order but the wrapping on the a.m risers was untidy and soggy from the tomato sauce. This is not the first time I have received bad service from that KFC. They have once upsized my meal without me asking them to. I was once told they didn't have a mini twister on the menu just because they didn't have the twister wrap in stock. Their ice-cream machine hardly works. I was also sold a hot chocolate made with sour milk. The staff there are not friendly. I was really disappointed with the service I received from them this morning and I didn't even get an apology from any of the staff there.
