BAD SERVICE FROM KFC DESPATCH

We ordered KFC on WhatsApp @ 19h23 (Order #jannike***) got to KFC Despatch @ 19h30 to pay for our order (Doc # IN0310T***) got an attitude from the cashier Thandiswa when I asked that my order should consist of a Drumstick & Thigh (THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THAT I GOT THIS ATTITUDE PROBLEM FROM THANDISWA, HAD PREVIOUS COMPLAINT AS WELL THAT SHE LAUGHS IN YOUR FACE). Waited an hour for the food just to get informed they don't have pap for my order. I told them I paid for 2x Streetwise 2 with Pap & Gravy and that is what I want, why weren't I informed when I paid for my order that they don't have pap then I would've understood and rather cancelled the order. When I asked for the Manager, I get told I have to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to make pap after I already paid and waited an hour for food. The manager refused for me to take a picture of his name badge that I can get his name as he didn't even want to give me his name but got a picture where he is covering his name with his hands. ME AND MY WIFE LEFT KFC DESPATCH, FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, VERY DISAPOINTED AND HUNGRY AS WE PAID FOR FOOD, WE DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE AT ALL!!! I always say SUPPORT LOCAL AND THEN YOU GET THIS BAD SERVICE FROM KFC DESPATCH.
