bad service from KFC

hi the kfc outlet in francois road glenmore got unfriendly staff ... and out of stock of ice-cream & they serve you with the previous days meal for breakfast coz I ordered online from kfc for 2 colonel burgers & 1 crunch burger + 2 soft twill with choc... they didn't have the ice-cream & gave me hard cold patties * when you to customer care they ignore you disappointed coz I been buying kfc from the time they opened in SA that's what you get as loyal customers I normally buy my kfc from sparks road overport or sherwood & never got cold meal that is the service you'll receive from that store not going there again went there ciz on my way home from king Edward hospital
