BAD SERVICE FROM KFC

I had an incident at Birchacres KFC because of the saniter that was split on the floor and there was nor caution or slippery sign

The cashiers just looked, no apology.

I had to ask them to wipe and they just used a tissue. I had to tell them to use water and soap.

The manager Dimpho has a nasty attitude and asked me what do I want her to do. I had to tell her an apology would be nice.

The regional manager now says he can't help me and the operational manager just laughed when I was talking.

Very very poor service and they don't care about customers.
