Bad service from kfc

Pathetic service at kfc Ladium. What is the drive thru for if we will all be told to wait at the parking lot for long. It started with an unfriendly drive through who speaks like she doesn’t want to work. Then the guy who brings the food to our car doesn’t even apologize for the delay. Close that drive thru if you do not know the meaning of drive thru 😳😡
