Bad service from KFC!!!

I want to lodge a complaint against KFC and their awful service especially towards under privileged people. I ordered food from KFC with my last money and the delivery guy fumbled and said they couldn't find my unit number which is and has always been clear on my profile. This guy took the food back to the restaurant without even trying to call me, when I tried to call to find out why my food is taking so long I was told it was cancelled just like that without even a notification from KFC. I spoke to 3 different agents and made it clear that it's either they deliver my food or send me back my money today so I can get food somewhere else because that was my last money and I have no food in my cupboards. After waiting on the line for almost an hour to speak to a supervisor I spoke to a lady named Nomfundo Radebe who was only interested in telling me about KFC'S processes that are an inconvenience to someone who doesn't have money like me. She told me I have to wait for a refund that will take 7 days. My question was and still is to KFC, for someone who doesn't have money like me and was using their last money to get food from them, WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO EAT TODAY??? How will a refund that will take 7 days help me in my situation today???? I'm extremely dissapointed with KFC and their service and if you're someone who doesn't have money like me I wouldn't advise you to order from them.
