Bad service from KFC

I went to KFC this morning to buy a twist. Got there at 07:30 and left just before 08:00. I've never experienced such bad service! What irritated me the most is the fact that other customers came and went and I was still waiting... There was even a point where the staff who make the food were not doing anything and I was still waiting.... I was even late at work because I didn't know it would take about 30 minutes for me to get a twist. I thought KFC was in the fast foods industry....
