Bad service from an international brand KFC

So I ordered online for delivery, the driver never brought my order he was so rude and also didn't want to help me and the order satated delivered but i got nothing. The customer service is the pits my money was supposed to be refunded but no-one can help u and keep putting the phone down or saying we will phone u back which they never get back to you. Kfc you guys need to work on your customer service for your clients because I'm not happy at all .
