Bad service

I am one person who doesnt eat KFC alot unless when i am craving for it, so today 2022-10-26 went to melrose cross to buy dunked wings and a milkshake. fine time went by no mention of our slip then after 20min went to ask already they were calling numbers that were after us. so i gave the guy at the counter my slip then he tells me that there are no wings like how we have paid for them and he said i dont know i was like what do you mean you don't know cant you suggest something then he said no. i couldn't get his name as he wasn't wearing a name tag and 5 of the stuff workers were not wearing name tags the one who was at the cashier his tag was upside down. to cut the story short we received bad service from this place even a star isn't worth it. it would have been my first time buying dunked wings but that was just not going to happen.
