Bad service

I have a complain with my online order that I placed to collect in store at Jabulani Mall, I ordered a box master meal for R74. 90 which is meant to have 1 piece for free as I have spent More than R70 even my online receipt shows that but the piece was not included in my order. This is not the first time I have a complaint about my kfc experience, the last time I did the survey thing where I raised my concerns with the order I made in another store, I was never assisted. I'm really not happy with the service I'm recently getting from KFC I've been a regular since childhood but the way it's going on I think I will buy from other stores and not KFC.
