Bad service.. False advertising

I was at KFC drive-thru in bluedowns I ordered a SPARKLING KRUSHER and I was given soda with strawberry syrup and 4 ice cubes after specifically asked the lady whom was taking my order to crush my ice she rep**** by saying she will ask someone in front to do it. When I got MA order it was not what I wanted. I asked for the manager and she said they don't crush ice... Zodwa the teller who **** to me and said that they will do in front gave me an attitude. And the manager looks like she doesn't understand what she was doing... I took the so called KRUSHER... But I was not satisfied
