Bad service

Hi I wanted to bring to your attention an experience I had recently at the KFC located on Stormvoel Road. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one, and I believe it's important for you to be aware of it as part of the management team.

This morning, around 6:45 am, I arrived at the KFC with the intention of grabbing breakfast for myself and my daughter. Despite the advertised opening time of 6 am, the establishment was still closed when I arrived. After waiting for some time, I approached a staff member who was cleaning inside to inquire about the opening time. She indicated that they should have been open by 6 am.

Feeling hopeful, I waited until around 6:10, but the store was still closed. When I tried the drive-thru, there was no response. I then went to the pickup area, where I found a staff member packing drinks into a fridge. When I asked about the opening time, I was met with attitude and was told that they were still busy, without any indication of when they might be ready to serve customers.

What frustrated me the most was not just the delay in opening but also the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude I encountered. As a loyal customer, I have unfortunately had multiple negative experiences at this particular KFC location, and I felt compelled to share this feedback with you.

I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication with customers and ensuring that advertised opening times are adhered to. It's disheartening to feel like my time and patronage are not valued.
