Bad service

Had the worst experience on saturday morning at kfc. My wife an i went to purchase the new masala chicken. While waiting for it. Upon that we see people coming in an ordering and eating finish and leaving and we still waiting for our order. There were even peoples orders wrong. Well i wont purchase there again. Service is slow and telling us there is waiting time just on the masala chicken
