Bad service

Im so disappointed with kfc southgate. I ordered streetwise pap with 3 piece and soup via mr d. I recieved the pap n meat onlt. I forgave tgem the same evening i recieved d soup n chips instead of pap. I didnt even recieve a simple we apologise. Im so dissapointed. It happened on the 24 November
