Bad service

Good day, Im very unhappy with lfc services i wrote a compliant to their private complain email it was never attended to i recied an email that says the matter was cloesed i called them after that email they guy assisted me said he will send the shop a massage they will probably call me back within a day. The massage i sent goes like this "Yesterday in the morning after i knocked off from my night shift at 09H25 i bought KFC streeta wise 3 R50. 00 at Rhynfield when i got home the meat was burnt like a biltong it was also bitter i couldnt event finish eating it as it was bitter.Even my daughter refused to eat and the chips also its like the gave us meat from the previous day had it fried again,unless they had mistakenly over coocked/over fried it but then it wasnt nice at all"
