Bad service

Walked in at around 22:20 on the 28.04.2023 at Springs gate, greet the staff and they just carried on With their conversation as if we were not there luckily I was with my kids and they ordered using the screens..but the staff was not even interested in the fact that customers walked in. We eventually got our order only to find cold dry chips inside..not edible at all. Some guy also walked in while we there..at this point there was a staff member sitting next to us..while there was no one at the front desk/till. She was not even bothered..didn't even show the guy he could order from those smart thingies. She just looked at him. The stuff at that KFC truly does not care or know what customer service is. Disgusting
