Bad service

Over a month ago I purchased the dunked wings along with some other food. Got home and got to having supper I find feathers on wings. I was disgusted and lost my appetite.....to date I've sent numerous emails to KFC customer care and nothing has been done. I keep getting calls from their customer service promising me that someone will contact me from the branch at which I purchased.
