Bad service

I am so upset with the KFC waterfall mall Rustenburg.i always place my orders online because of the nice deals there,but that store always messes my order.Today they delivered an incomplete order,when i called the supervisor she blamed the online deals as usual.When i asked for the rest of my order i was told that no one can deliver it i must come and collect it myself(whats the purpose of me ordering a delivery if i still have to go back and collect).I tried to call the customer care line and i held on for an entire 40minutes with no answer.my streetwise 1 that i paid for was not delivered with the rest of my order.and the store says they cannot track my order.one person in my family did not eat tonight thanks to kfc waterfall mall.
