Bad service

I went to KFC Howick and the service there was very bad so bad in such a way that i was turned away at the door and told that the shop has got no food to sell any more mind you that was said by the security at the door... eventually the manager came and said the very same thing while the stuff was already shouting at us telling us that why did we come minutes before The shop was to be closed. Should I add this is not the first encounter i had with the stuff at this KFC the service is really bad... then all of a sudden and Indian customers come through and only because of him i was assisted because he demanded to be assisted and the manager was more than willing to help him but not me until i also demanded to assisted... I'm so unhappy with the service i got.
