Bad service experience ever

Me and a friend went to KFC in george western cape in Courtney street. We went to buy a CHOC BROWNIE SUPER SUNDAE The person said the masjien were out of order. Like most of the time. No out of order sign or nothing on the drive thru menu. This was just before 9 pm and after 10 min waiting in the queue. Then we decided to go to the KFC in york street. Exactly the same thing but this time the person said we don't sell ice-cream because we close at 10pm and the time was 9:20. Ill never buy from KFC anymore, because this wasn't the first time i received bad service. We went to McDonald's and received greate service!!!!
