Bad service/ experience.

On the 20/02/20 at bout 09h00, i went for breakfast at the above mentioned KFC, and i was told that they couldn't serve the breakfast because they didn't have stock. I then had to leave without buying anything.

Then again on the 21/02/20, we went to the same KFC between 19h00 and 20h00, bought 3 of the streetwise meals and again the cashier said there no chips for to serve with that, we ended up just buying chicken with no chips.

The last one is recently on the 23/02/20, our order number was 564, tran# 79264, doc# IN***. On this day they didn't have straws yet still serving coldrinks in cups and not telling customers that they don't have straws.

The Manager on duty was Phezile, cashier 35 Thobeka.

The service is really pathetic. Something must be done here as the employees here don't care about customers.

I will never visit this store anymore and will make sure that none of my family and friends go near this store.
