bad service everytime

Went through the drive through yesterday waited almost a half an hour. Got to the first window and the cashier couldn't even understand me properly. I ordered two candy crushers I was also there last week and Friday. I ordered one Cadbury crusher and one candy crusher, the crushers were horrible had to send my mom back into the store to return them. Yesterday the candy crushers had strands of hair in them which was disgusting. It is unhygienic made me nauseous, I then phoned the store manager (nadeem) he was not helpful at all and put the phone down when I said he needs other staff.I returned the crushers at zevenwacht kfc the manager was very helpful and apologetic. Her name is Contessa she deserves a star as for muizenberg kfc they are always delayed the service is putrid. The staff do not even understand English properly and have no people skills at all. I always go to the kfc in muizenberg because it's convenient for me on my way home from my parents. I will tell everyone what bad service and unhygienic service I received there.
