Bad service ever

I have order at KFC Khayelitsha mall around 10 am as soon as orders were opened, I received a confirmation that there order went through. However at 11am I received a call from the company stating that the order is delaying, the around 11:40 I called again, then they promised that the order will be collected at 11:45.

The time now is 12:03 and I haven't received any order , I am so disappointed and disgusted with how KFC is operating. The service is pathetic and the supervisor is not providing best service
