Bad service ever

On Sunday 2018.10.21 I went to KFC in Boitumelo time was past 1 . To buy Boxmaster and 6 street wise 5 . At drive thru . I waited and the lady who helped me was standing there looking at me after some time she came to me and asked what I want . I told her what I want she went to the till and came back and gave me price it was R136. I can't remember and she gave me food and I had to ask for slip she went there and fetched the slip on her way way back she said oh they took add hope. She didn't ask for that money she took it . The next thing she says they took money . Who took money ?she is the one. Then I asked for my money only to find out she took 4 Rands so she took double She was pushing her target . O asked her name she didn't even have a name tag on. She gave me sotho name difficult name starts with Nth . She even gave me the wrong slip because the name on the slip was not the one she gave me . She gave me bad bad bad service. I will never go back to that KFC again. Oh I am so disappointed haa
