Bad service

I went to kfc in eloff, I purchased a street wise one 2 at approximately 12:09,i waited and waited people that bought after me got their food while I was still waiting for my order, I even had to go to the counter to check if my order was ready the lady just said its still on the screen, I kept quiet then waited, eventually at 12:30 I went up to her asking if she does see the time I purchased my order that is when she went to the back to check what was going one, a simple order I had to wait that long, im so annoyed because I was on lunch and did not even got to enjoy my food, not a fan anymore I'm done buying at kfc mxm
