Bad service

I complained last month (march 4th) about your store that said they donot have online order system and i alredy placed the order and payed with my voucher but didn’t get my food.they refused to give me my food. Wrote you email but you never rep****. Am still waiting to hear from you till this day Its been a month and weeks
