Bad service

The service there is so bad. This morning I got there to buy coffe and there was no one attending to the queue. One lady even asked the employee who was mobbing the floor if we'll get any service and she just looked at us an continued working. I left without buying the coffee because if I didn't I was going to be late for work. This is not the first time this happens, there was also a time I went there to buy lunch and had to wait 30 minutes before getting service even though there was only 3 of us waiting on the queue. After paying I waited another 20 minutes before getting my food so basically I couldn't eat that day because my lunch was over when I got back to the branch. I wrote an email to their customer care but nothing has changed and it seems like it's even getting worse.
