Bad service early morning

sI arrived this morning at Kfc Oudtshoorn drive thru... no 1 answers for orders waited about 3minutes...drove around no 1 at the paypoint... waited again a few minutes... took my order went to receiving... waited about 15min for am riser meal. Then manager on duty needed to argue with staff that was lazy and all and here i sit in my car on my way to work and late because of my breakfast. Its really bad service
