Bad Service

I wanted to buy box club and wrapsta box at KFC Mega Philani @Mlazi but I was told to add R6 because they didn't have cups for drinks and if I don't add that amount I will get it without a drink. When I ask why am I paying for a full amount when I'm not getting everything that I suppose to get. The cashier told me that the drink is free anyway.
