Bad service

Good day. Today the 23th of July 2022. I went to the KFC branch at Golden High way in Lenasia South branch. I was so hungry and was feeling sick because I have not eaten and I thought to grab something to eat quickly. I got inside KFC stood in line to order only to my surprise there was no one at the ordering point. I stood in the queue for about half and hour. There was 6 to 7 people in the queue before me. So I went to a lady called Rebecca I asked her if anyone to assist to order my food. She said no because she's giving out orders. We all just stood in queue. There was so many people also waiting upset as well. They was complaining about the service. After I went to Rebecca again then she came to take orders. After that I had to wait a long time for the food I was order number 350. At that time they was calling 335 which meant that I will be waiting for my food for a long time. While waiting I saw 4 gentleman drinking Heineken beer sitting at the table inside KFC. The pack Heineken beer on the table. This was so sad a food franchise consumption of alcohol inside the premises. Tbis was the first time in my life I have seen something like this. However myself and another gentleman decided that we will ask for a refund and go to chicken licken. When we aske for a refund the manager at that time told us that she will givy us a refund just now with out in finding out why do we need a refund. Rebecca said that she will see what she can do to assist me because I was feeling sick. And retained my order and gave me my food. No security was visible. Please check tbe cameras at about from 6pm to and see what happened at KFC today. Its bad service. Very disappointing. This service I will never forget.
