Bad service

Terrible service received at KFC Richards Bay, I ordered 2 Sundae - Mixed berry and I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for ice cream and the worse part people who came before me were serviced and already left I did not know ice cream could take this long at KFC even when they is a long que ice cream has never taken this long and the service is insanely crazy. I don't recommend this particular KFC.
