Bad service.

I ordered the Monday special 9 piece bucket on my KFC and chose the KFC in Amalinda main road (East London) to deliver on the 26/06/2023 at 18:00. I waited for an hour+ until I decided to call. The guy I spoke to said he'd get back to me and he did within 15min. He told me the person delivering my food was already on the way. I then waited 40min and I was confused because it's not far. I decided to call them again. Another guy answered and told me my order was cancelled. I asked how and why. It's now 2+ hours later and I have to make another plan. I'm not impressed at all. From my food being delivered to it being cancelled. Ref number: Piwe***.
