Bad service

I just waited for over an hour only to be told my delivery has been cancelled,the driver called me with this number +***2 asking me if i already payed or not,which i also don’t understand because they are suppose to see if i have payed ,in this case in payed online,the driver said he’s coming from 18:59 until now i get a call from a lady asking me if my order has arrived and i told her no, she called me from Kfc Montclair,from this number +27 (74) ***, she said shell get back to me, a few min later i got the sms saying my order number Mpume*** has been cancelled, i was buying this for my kids and so sad now i have nothing to give them,i am so disappointed by such service I trusted kfc i never thought il be mocked by such a big company,i was told that the driver collected my parcel but never delivered it,and the lady said the driver left a number that does not exist,meaning they cant trace him. How can something like this happen
