Had the worst experience with KFC on Empire

Placed an order via Mr D the order was accepted and was told that the estimated time to fetch the order will be by 16h22 when I got there time was 16h24 but my order wasn't done by then was told my order got mixed up with someone's order and had to wait another 40 minutes left the place at 17h05 when I left checked my order it's cold like really some of the chips were burnt
