Bad service delivery

On 16 Jan 21 me & my wife drove to Kfc Queenswood to buy supper. As we arrived we were car no 6 in the drive-through lane. We moved slowly bumper to bumper, apon arrival at the window to order - it was closed. We waited for approxamately 3 minutes when a worker of Kfc saw us and came to the window. She explained through the closed window that they are closed since 19:30. I said to her that it is 19:35 but we have been in line for over 20 minutes. She just said sorry and walked away before I could tell her that the Queenswood Kfc website states clearly they closes at 20:00, we drove to Nandos right next door and spend R212 there on supper for tghey only close at 20:00.

I think its poor style to operate like this, why dont they let a worker go out at 19:20 and tell the car closest to the ordering window that he is the last client and then go to the remaining 7 cars and tell them that the shop is about to close?

It was not very proffesionally done and it is behaviour like this that is going to cost u clients.
