Bad service

I'm utterly discouraged by the service at our nearest kfc (Senaoane) on the 24th of November. Upon arrival we were told our meal would take 20mins max, it went over 45 mins and when we started complaining and asking they refund us they all (except for the guy helping the Uber guys) went to the kitchen and started yelling " if they want their money they must come get it tomorrow " I heard a male voice and two ladies repeating that statement, the only name I heard was Hlengiwe who was said to be the supervisor, she never even came to check why we the customers are unhappy, instead the male helping the Uber guys came to us to try to apologize for being slow. Only he and the lady who gave us the food seemed to care. Their service is not up to par, when they are not telling you they are out of food by 8pm (while they close at 10/11pm)they take forever to fry their meat.
