Bad service

1 July 2022 I ordered on the KFC app. A while later KFC Airport phoned to advise that the ordered main item is out of stock. I requested the order be canceled and for me to be refunded. I have still not received my refund. KFC has such poor customer service. I am absolutely appalled at this service. I have logged numerous complaints.
